Shout out to the Ladies

Tonight I sat and looked at this motivational poster and exercise log hanging on the fridge....


While eating this.....


I need some serious motivational help! Now is where you all come in. What are some ways that you have gotten motivated to get those few winter pounds off? I feel like it was a lot easier to drop those pounds while I was walking around campus. But now that I have a desk job....no bueno!

I have been using myfitnesspal.com & made a link to my blog to let everyone know how I am doing on losing weight. This equals big motivation, you don't want people to see you not lose weight or even worse GAIN weight! Hope that helps.

My sis loves nutrimirror.com it is great for tracking what you eat and helps me see if I am getting enough vitamins and minerals, which is really hard for me by the way :(

Mostly I like to use this thing we have been talking about in one of my classes this semester called the step down principle. Don't try to go crazy all at once, just do a little better than last time and it will be all good.

Also, that pizza looks sooo good.

Well, I don't have any advice on motivation, but I am super excited I'm on your calendar!!! Maybe I need to get that picture out for motivation after this baby comes! :)

I love the cross country pic on your calendar ;) Maybe thats what I need to see every day for motivation too, my cross country picture. Good days :)
